Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I work in a middle school (so, big population, lots of exposure possibility). Today I got hit with extreme fatigue, pain in the joints of my hands, pain in my neck (especially on turning it side to side or up and down), and low grade soreness in my muscles of my legs and back. No injury or activity that would have caused this. I got my flu shot this year (as usual) and was wondering what might be going on and whether I should do anything other than track symptoms. Thank you!

You may have a common case of muscular spasm, this can be cause due bad position on bed while sleeping or maybe you are under heavy stress and your body is trying to release the tension.
A cold compress can help to mitigate the pain and help the muscles from the neck and arms.
Visit your medic if the pain persist.
Kind Regards.
